Dorothy Gordon is a Ghanaian educator and technologist. She is known for her work in promoting the use of technology to improve education and empower people in Africa. She has held various leadership roles, including as the Director-General of the Ghana-India Kofi Annan Centre of Excellence in ICT and as the Chair of the African Union Commission's Working Group on Internet Governance. Gordon has also been recognized for her work, receiving several awards, including the 2012 IT Personality of the Year Award from the Computer Society of South Africa.
